Lecture by Dr. Jean-Louis Michon
We are delighted to announce that on May 12th Dr Jean-Louis Michon will give a lecture Titus Burckhardt & Morocco – a Love Story. Titus Burckhardt is considered to be one of the foremost writers on and teachers of Tradition. He was a member of the group of distinguished metaphysicians which includes René Guénon, Ananda Coomaraswamy, Frithjof Schuon, Martin Lings and Seyyed Hossein Nasr. 2008 marks the centenary of his birth. New Light on the Renaissance Lecture Series

Our next lecture will take place on Thursday May 1st, when Valery Rees will speak on The Sulphur & the Flame: Marsilio Ficino on the Life of the Soul. The lecture will be held at The Lincoln Centre, doors open at 6.15pm (refreshments available), lecture at 7pm. Admission £5 or £3.50.

Afternon Seminars
Dr Joseph Milne, Fellow of the Temenos Academy, resumes his teaching of Shakespeare on Wednesday April 16th, with the first of ten Reading Essential Texts Seminars studying Shakespeare’s Sonnets. The seminars will be held at The School of Economic Science, 11 Mandeville Place, London W1, starting at 3pm.
